S/V Radiance_______

Building and sailing Radiance was the culmination of a 30+ year dream. Following the launch of the family boat Corahleen in 1957, I began dreaming of the time I would build my own dream vessel.

With the writings of L. Francis Herreshoff at hand in the form of many series of articles appearing in the Rudder magazine, one of which became published as The Common Sense of Yacht Design, it was not to difficult to fall in love with the master's favorite vessel, Ticonderoga.
